Do Colonoscopy camera's have tools to remove/fix hemroids problems?

ok I need to get 1 due to internal hemroids. The doc didn’t mention anything about the roids being fixed during this process or surgery after. I have talked to various people who say colonoscopy doesn’t treat hemroids just is a diagnosis, then others say this process will remove the hemroids, as the cameras also heat up somehow and burn your inside removing them or using cutting utensils during this process. I frankly would want all this done in 1 procedure rather than 2 diangosis and treament/surgery
